Return and Refund Policy
- Delivery will be arranged in 3 working days upon order confirmation.
- Customer should examine all the items at the time of delivery and notify the company immediately in case of any damages and/or deficiencies. If any wine is considered to be damaged or leaking, customer MUST notify the company within 2 working days, with photos or videos as reference for examination. (Return arrangement if applicable.) No complains will be considered later than 2 working days of delivery.
- If wines to be exchanged have been sold out, company would return the paid amount back to customer
- In no event will wines priced (HK$ Retail listed price) at HK$400 / bottle or more, and / or aged 8 years or older be returned or exchanged.
- In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- Company reserves the rights for any disagreement raised by return and refund policy.
