Elena Fucci is one of the 100 Greatest Producer of Finest Italian Wine in 2017 – Wine Spectator

The 2017 vintage was called “Crazy” for the climate impact with extreme peaks in winter and summer, but they bring at this special edition a charm further.

The tannin plot is always well present and balanced enhances the mineral part of the wine, with a superb aromatic herbs and tobacco. The acidity is always well present, give freshness on the palate. This anniversary edition adds even more concentration and structure to the ‘standard’ Titolo. From a single parcel of 75-year-old vines, the nose is intriguing with a potpourri of dried leaves and a complex spices and herbal/balsamic notes. Plenty of tannic grip on the palate, balanced with pure, vibrant dark fruit.
