Description

An Orange wine from Sardegna, the second largest island of Mediterranean Sea. Made by 100% of their signature grape Vermentino, it is a new product from Mario. With 22 days of skin contact, Mario found the optimum potential of his Vermentino in the orange wine. It is darker colour then an ordinary white wine with a great tannin structure. Every elements contribute to a perfect balance of the wine with the outcoming of very Jasmine alike nose and palate. Perfect to pair with fried food as the tannin cuts the oily sense and raise the overall freshness
