運送政策

  • 凡購物滿 港幣$1,200即可享免費送貨服務至市區的單一地點 (包括工、商廈及住宅)。否則將收取額外 港幣$90 運費。
  • 送貨至馬灣、東涌、愉景灣將額外收取港幣$150。
  • 送貨服務不包括離島 (東涌，馬灣 及 愉景灣除外)。
  • 其他偏遠地區有機會需要收取額外費用，詳情請聯絡我們查詢。
  • 如客人提供之地址有誤，Wine Geek HK 有權收取額外運費或取消閣下的訂單。
  • 如派送的大廈沒有升降機，將額外收取 港幣$50
  • 一般情況下，送貨會安排在 3 個工作天之內
退款換貨政策及相關條款
  • 訂單及款項確認後，將在3個工作日內安排送貨。
  • 客戶應在收貨時檢查所有物品，如有任何損壞和/或缺陷，應立即通知 Wine Geek HK。如發現葡萄酒有任何滲漏問題，客戶必須連同相片或影片，並在2個工作日內通知 Wine Geek HK，以進行檢查和退貨安排（如適用）。發貨後超過兩個工作日的投訴將不受理。
  • 如果本公司同意更換產品，但所要求更換之貨品已經售罄，相關款項將會全數退回給客戶。
  • 在任何情況下，定價每瓶HK $ 400 或以上，和/或酒齡 8 年或更老的葡萄酒均不設退換。
  • 如中、英文兩個版本的條款有任何歧義，應以中文版本為準。
  • 關於退款或換貨而引起的任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權利。

Company Policy

Hong Kong Local Delivery
  • We offer free delivery per location to Hong Kong urban area for minimum order amount at HK$1,200. Otherwise, additional charges of HKD$90 will apply.
  • Extra HK$150 transportation fee will be charged to Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay. 
  • Delivery service do not include outlying islands (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay).
  • Additional charges might apply for deliveries to outlying islands and remote areas, please contact for details.
  • Please note there could be additional charges if customer provided incorrect shipping address. Wine Geek HK also reserves the right for order cancellations.
  • For Premises without elevator access, an extra HKD50 will be charged. 
  • In normal circumstances, delivery will be arranged in 3 working days once the order is confirmed.

Return and Refund Policy

  • Delivery will be arranged in 3 working days upon order confirmation. 
  • Customer should examine all the items at the time of delivery and notify the company immediately in case of any damages and/or deficiencies. If any wine is considered to be damaged or leaking, customer MUST notify the company within 2 working days, with photos or videos as reference for examination. (Return arrangement if applicable.) No complains will be considered later than 2 working days of delivery.
  • If wines to be exchanged have been sold out, company would return the paid amount back to customer
  • In no event will wines priced (HK$ Retail listed price) at HK$400 / bottle or more, and / or aged 8 years or older be returned or exchanged.
  • In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  • Company reserves the rights for any disagreement raised by return and refund policy.
