  • 儲存
確認購買後，最多可免費儲存一 (1) 個月，包括交付一次。儲存的葡萄酒的任何後續交付將產生額外費用。
 
  • 損毀/未能交付
Wine Geek HK 在交貨前會仔細檢查所有葡萄酒。 請客戶在交貨時檢查酒的狀況。 如果發現任何缺陷和/或破損，請立即將貨物退回給我們的物流團隊。一旦物流團隊離開，將不接受退貨。
 
  • 不可抗力
Wine Geek HK 對因不可抗力導致的任何延遲或未能履行我們的義務，抱歉我們未能負責。這被定義為 Wine Geek HK 合理無法預見或無法避免的任何超出合理控制範圍的事件。
 
  • 條款
向 18 歲以下的人出售酒類是違法的。通過下訂單，您確認您已年滿 18 歲。 您必須確保除您自己以外的其他人不得使用您的登錄名購買酒類產品，並且必須有 18 歲或以上的人（需要身份證明）在場才能提貨，否則將被撤回並在雙方同意的其他時間嘗試交付。

Terms and Conditions

  • Storage
Free storage is provided for up to a maximum of one (1) months upon confirmation of purchase. Please note that a one-time delivery is included. Extra charges will incur for any subsequent deliveries of the stored wines.
 
  • Breakage/Non-Delivery
Wine Geek HK carefully inspects all wines before delivery. Customers are requested to examine the bottles at the time of delivery. If any deficiency and/or breakage is noticed, please return goods immediately to our logistics team. Returns will not be accepted once the logistics team has left. 
 
  • Force Majeure
Wine Geek HK shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to meet our obligations due to Force Majeure. This is defined as any event beyond reasonable control, reasonably unforeseen or unavoidable by Wine Geek HK.
 
  • Terms and Conditions
It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years old or above. You must ensure that no other person except yourself shall use your login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery, otherwise delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time to be agreed between both parties
