葡萄交織的三重奏
紛陳交錯的香氣， 成就了一闕難忘的三重奏。「十一戀曲」由 3 種葡萄混釀而成，每款葡萄均來自三塊獨立的葡萄田，葡萄的比例取決於每年不同的氣候，希望編織出最能反映風土的交響樂。 這種交集，帶出了獨特的味覺層次、變化與深度。味道介乎於紅果與黑果之間，帶著濃濃的礦物味，就像遊走於森林之間，反映出混集風土特色。而此酒於2011年首次出品，所以特意於酒名加入意大利文的「十一」Undici ，以示紀念。

This wine is made from the grapes of the individual plots where, every year depending on the weather or climate, the three vines have typical organoleptic profiles. The magic of the assemblage creates a wine with an intense ruby red colour and a strong varietal expression, with notes of red fruits and liquorice. Its hallmarks are elegance, refinement, and balance.
