40% 釀製自Moscato葡萄，一種有名的滿滿香氣的葡萄，加上來自西西里火山小島 Lipari ，酒品飄逸著像「忌廉梳打」的香味，入口卻絶不是「死甜」，完全沒有殘餘糖份，顛覆大眾對 Moscato 的刻板印象！更有點微微海鹽味及香濃礦物味，易入口之餘，味道層次也豐富！
