一個動人的童話故事，完美地切入了 「紅寶石王子」 的酒瓶：

有一晚，燕子在雕像的腳踝上休息。雕像名為快樂王子：雙眼用藍寶石鑲嵌，佩劍上有顆巨型紅寶石。

晚上燕子感到一串串水珠打在牠身上，抬頭一看，原來雕像正在哭泣啊。王子看到城市內一個女裁縫師的兒子病了，身無分文不能醫病，只能餵他喝河水。快樂王子吩咐燕子，從佩劍中取出紅寶石，飛往裁縫家送給他們。

酒莊 Madrevite 來自意大利中部 Umbria 區的 Lake Trasimeno。釀酒師 Nicola Chiucchiurlotto 以職人的態度用心製造C'osa紅酒。以100%本地葡萄Gamay del Trasimeno (Grenache) ，經多年淬練釀成美酒，充分表現當地風味，與當地居民分享。就像王子一樣把自己珍貴的紅寶石獻給城市，希望居民嚐過後像酒標一樣為它歡呼喝采！

「紅寶石王子」除了晶瑩通透的紅寶石色外，帶有紅莓、士多啤梨等紅果系清新味道之餘，更有白胡椒、泥土、少許皮革及森林的感覺。酒體層次複雜，可配搭多元料理。

Ruby red color not very heavy. The nose reveals floral notes, aromas of berries, raspberry, strawberries, cherries and spicy nuances
and marascate. The taste is elegant with light fruity notes, intense freshness and a good persistence!

You cannot remain indifferent when you uncork a bottle of C’osa. Conceived and created by the expert hands of Nicola Chiucchiurlotto, all the essence of Gamay del Trasimeno is found in this wine. A refined and powerful wine, the result of a perfect collaboration between varietal, territory and winemaker. The pale red color is misleading… how much personality in this bottle! Undergrowth, red fruits and spices accompany a slim, fresh and fruity sip.

Pairings: this wine, thanks to its high alcohol content, enhances (and is enhanced) accompanying dishes with a high fat content. Try it with a nice risotto creamed with butter and Parmesan!
