古老葡萄品種，重塑傳統白酒嘅新玩法。顏色、香氣、味道全部出乎意料，唔係一般白酒嘅感覺～ 聞落：花香輕輕飄、蜜糖甜味、柑橘清新，好似山坡清晨啱啱摘落嚟嘅野花同生果。

入口：味道豐富、酒身飽滿，但又夠爽口清新。飲落去有種「原來白酒可以係咁」嘅感覺！唔使太用力就已經好享受。 呢支酒好似山坡上嘅隱藏貴族，簡單但有內涵，chill 住飲最正！

Vinification and maturation: spontaneous fermentation, with wild yeasts only, and maceration with skins for about 20 days (at 22° – 23° C.). Maturation in steel and concrete for another 6 months, then 10 months in bottles.

Distinctive features: ancient grapes for a white wine that plays on reinventing the tradition of our land. It has unexpected colours, flavours and tastes. It travels over flowery notes, nuances of honey and citrus bursts, while the mouthfeel is flavoursome, full-bodied and refreshing.
