新鮮、帶火石感與花香的白酒，由 Grechetto、Malvasia 同 Trebbiano 混釀，來自 Umbria 嘅鄉村地區。

香氣：明亮、清新，帶有乾淨嘅果味、花香同輕微蜂蜜香（來自酵母渣接觸)，整體感覺爽脆而富有層次。

入口：酒身奔放而修長，酸度突出、餘韻悠長，口感乾淨俐落，性價比極高。部分酒液有短暫連皮浸漬，但絕非橙酒，僅為增添少許質感與複雜度。

獨特賣點：呢支白酒，用傳統品種混釀出極其新鮮嘅風格。香氣以亮麗果味、花香同輕蜂蜜為主，入口酸度尖銳、延展力強，飲落去清爽有力，卻唔失優雅平衡。

雖然有少量 skin maceration 加深質感，但保持咗白酒嘅純淨與明亮感，性價比超高，適合日常 chill 飲或配輕食。

A fresh, flinty and floral white made from Grechetto, Malvasia and Trebbiano in rural Umbria. It has bright, clean fruit, floral aromatics and a little touch of honey from lees contact. Palate wise it is racy and long, delivering awesome value for money. A portion of the wine sees some skin maceration but it is not an orange wine.
