呢支酒好似莊園旁邊嘅小溪，流暢、清新、即飲即爽。酒名來自附近嘅「borro」（小溪），完全呼應到佢嘅感覺～

聞落：白花輕香、柑橘清新、夏日生果味，一陣陣好似溪水帶嚟嘅涼風。

入口：舒服順口，酒身細膩、唔重唔膩，飲落去有種「哇，好清爽」嘅滿足。 Valdicielo 就係夏日白酒嘅小溪代表，chill 住飲最正，簡單但有層次。

Vinification and maturation: after destemming, the skins of the grapes are left in contact with the must for 3 hours, cold. The soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature, at about 16°C, to preserve and enhance the aromas of the wine.

Distinctive features: delicate and refreshing wine, perfectly evoked by the borro (stream) from which it takes its name. It has immediate scents of white flowers, citrus and summer fruits, immersed in a pleasant mouth, with a fine and playful texture.
